My Vote - Yes to Gel (or more correctly column agglutination technique - because it is not strictly a gel {you can tell we were picked up at regulatory audit for that recently and had to change the wording in our scope of practice - but we still call it gel in the lab}), No to Manual with microscopy for DAT.
